I bought this book for my 12-year-old history-loving son. It's WONDERFUL!

Even if you don't think you like archeology!

Posted by Netagene on Jun. 25, 2016

This came highly recommended to me by Judy Moore (sister to Sandra Waldron). Judy herself is a very smart, well educated, astute, wise woman.

I'm not much interested in archeology.

In only a cursory perusal of this book (mostly looking at the pictures), it was hard to put down. I found it readable, and fascinating, a few "wow!" moments, even just looking at the pictures.

Probably I'll give it 5 stars when I actually read it.

    Personal Visit Reinforces Archaeology

Posted by Keith on May. 17, 2016

Archaeology And The Bible by Mike Willis is an excellent resource book. Having visited Israel in 2013 with Leon Mauldin, I found the book with its pictures a reinforcement of my understanding of the land with its rich archaeological treasures. Archaeology strengthens our faith in God's word.

    Top notch information

A well written and concise explanation of the role of archaeology in our faith. Good coverage of the current field. Still needs a little proofreading for extraneous words.
