CEI Bookstore Remote Operations
Update on progress
Dear Customers and Supporters,
Thank you so much for your patience and support during this time of recovery and restart after the tornado on 12/28. Your caring and encouraging emails, phone calls, and comments have all been so uplifting to our entire organization.
Our staff continues to operate via remote location to take your phone calls and orders Monday-Friday. Shipments of orders have been going out from our temporary worksite while we also work to utilize direct-to-customer shipping when available from our suppliers to best serve each of you.
Our team continues to work on the process of a full restart to the normal operations every day. There are many things that must be taken care of regarding the destroyed building and inventory. Unfortunately, these things take some time. Our hope is that the process picks up speed in the coming week as we have better weather and get initial tasks behind us.
Next week, Monday-Friday, we plan to offer customer service and support during normal business hours each day. If you are not able to connect with us live immediately, then please leave a message or send us an email so that we can respond as soon as available.
Our customer service team will continue getting in contact with you regarding any delayed orders, back orders, drop shipments, and other details on how we are working to service your orders.
Our commitment is to continue serving you in the very best way possible. We need your patience and prayers as we continue on this journey.
