The Winter of Life: Redeeming the Time

Product Description

by Sewell Hall

The Winter of Life addresses problems Christians face in their senior years. The author, himself in his ninetieth year, explores the lives of twelve aged saints who appear in Scripture to discover suggestions for "redeeming the time". The conclusion is that these can be years of renewal rather than retreat. The thirteen chapters include questions for thought or discussion, making it suitable for individual study or for use in classes.

    The Winter Of Life

Posted by Mark W. White, Cypress Texas on Jan. 16, 2020

This little book is packed full of what makes Sewell Hall such a compelling teacher. It is filled with Scripture, practically illustrated and reaches the heart of the reader. Brother Hall addresses issues related to aging Christians not often discussed. He doesn't just write about aging, but he also demonstrates in his own life what he teaches others. Every child of God should have a copy and share copies with others who are approaching their own "winter time" in life.
