About Leaving the Pit:

LTP is a private business developed and facilitated by members of the church of Christ to address problems and lifestyles among fellow members which require in-depth counseling and guidance. LTP is here to pick up where church leaders (Shepherds, preachers, teachers) leave off and additional help and/or resources are needed.

What We Do:

Our mission at Leaving the Pit is simple:

To provide training and education to further equip leaders to help others in difficult situations; and,
To give clinical options for those members who need various levels of counseling.

The books listed below are recommended by Leaving the Pit concerning various mental health, addiction, and family issues.
