Dan is an excellent student and commentator of the Bible. His material provides the reader with the contextual background information to more fully understand the biblical text along with the tools necessary to apply the text. While his material at times challenges the reader to expand his thinking ability, if not his vocabulary, it is always richly rewarding. Someone stated, “Buy at least one of his commentaries and you will in all likelihood want to own every one of them!” Dan wrote the Truth Commentaries on Daniel, John, Hebrews, and 1–3 John. He has also written several other books and workbooks, including the recently released BTB workbook on Revelation.

    Top Quality and Interesting

    We (my wife and I) love all of the Commentaries in this set. They are well written by learned men.
    The commentary of James gives an excellent overview, and does not spend too much time going into the issues of authorship, but gives an excellent precis. So to, in the discussion of it being a "right strawy epistle", there is enough information to allow us to refute error.

    The detail by each verse is inspiring an interesting. I will be honest,. that I do not read them all, but scan for interesting comments. It is certainly a resource to return to when any questions arise which need to be studied. (for this reason I love the pdf format, which allows me to have it by me when I prepare lessons on the computer, together with the Bible.
    As James is about works, I feel sure the author will have this work credited to him as righteousness, and if not already made perfect, this will achieve that for him.

    The Work is a blessing. Thank you for it.
