CEI chooses the best method for shipment. Express shipping is available at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges are calculated based upon the shipping method selected and the dollar value of the product to be shipped using rates in force within the continental United States. Shipping surcharges may be added for heavier items and for items shipped outside the United States.
Return Policy
If not fully satisfied, most merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. First, call our office at 1-855-492-6657 to request a return. Workbooks may be returned at any time for credit if in “new” condition and still in print from the publisher. When mailing your package, include a copy of the invoice or clearly written name and address for person or church receiving the credit. Credit will be applied to your next order; refunds are made upon request. Dated class curriculum, VBS curriculum, CDs, videos, DVDs or software products cannot be returned for credit.
