Do you enjoy being a role model? You are one even if you don't know it. Someone is always watching you. It may be a younger woman looking to you for guidance. Let her know that you too have been through the trying times of raising a family -and you survived. She may not believe it now, but someday her children will be grown and hopefully she will have instilled in them the ethics needed for them to be good church leaders. Or, is it an older woman who admires you for your stamina and dedication? You can be an encouragement to her by making her feel needed. Learn from her experience.
